Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds are planning new material for 2011, with the release of a new full-length album. It will be the follow up to Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! from 2008. Exciting news, but nothing has been done for the album yet.
"I haven't written anything yet, but that's not how I go about things anyway. I have the starting date for the next record and that's when I go into the office and start it. I'm not doing that until I've finished the Grinderman tour, which is amazing. The band is something else," said Nick when talking to Spinner.
He writes his music in an office? That's completely not the vibe I'd imagined for Mr. Nick Cave to operate under.
