Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks are releasing a new album on Aug. 23 titled Mirror Traffic. It's the follow-up to the 2008 album Real Emotional Trash. "The Senator" is the first single to be released from the album. The album was produced by Mr. Beck Hansen, who also been making the rounds as a producer for Thurston Moore's latest album.
