Wolf Parade recently showed up on CBC's QTV and played a number of live songs, including "What Did My Lover Say" and an interview.
There was a return to the live recording on their latest album Expo 86, with Wolf Parade doing actual live in-studio performances and recording live to tape, rather than doing overdubs and lots of digital processing. You can totally hear this in the way the song plays out during the performance ... cold and calculated studio work is replaced by a live band energy.
