Citing influences like Galaxie 500, Polvo, Merge Records, and Sleater-Kinney, Renminbi make fuzzed out tones that work their way in and and out of little jams and fits of hyperness. There's even a touch of Sonic Youth's Daydream Nation here.
The songs are well orchestrated and reminiscent of the 90's, but still come off sounding fresh. They're giving away the digital version for free, but encourage everyone to but the vinyl because that's the way it was meant to be experienced.
