Lo-fi, alt-country, get yer folk on band Woods returned this year with their 6th full-length album, Sun & Shade, which they released on their own Woodsist Records label. The album was even available in the retro-iffic cassette format. Now they're going to take their folk experience on another set of tour dates.
"Woods is up there relaying the Woods-feel: Folk-rock, fuzz, tambourines, tapes and raw lunch pulled straight from the yard. Pop songs and other things: Sun and Shade." said Glenn Donaldson (Skygreen Leopards) who helped Woods record the album.
